Jake’s Flea Market Rules

The Market gates will open at 4 AM April – September

The Market Gates will open at 5AM October – December

Individual Tables are first come, first serve – $10 each.

Pavillion Tables (sections of 3) are first come, first serve – $25 Saturday & $30 Sunday

Simply pull up to your tables and we will come to you to collect your rent

All merchandise must be displayed on or under your table(s), nothing in front of the table(s)
Vendors may not deface or nail anything to the tables, poles or pavement
Vendors may not remove, rearrange, relocate, add to or move any tables the market has provided
Use of personal tables may NOT be set up in addition to the tables the market has provided
All vendors must vacate the market grounds by 5PM each day
Trash removal is your responsibility, please leave nothing behind
All Vendors must be accompanied with a vehicle within rented space or behind rented table

Field space rentals are first come, first served – $12 per space, per vehicle. Indvidual spaces measure approximately 16’x24′

Rent will be collected at the time of entry (No Sharing, No Re-entry)

Your vehicle must fit in the space(s) and must stay parked in your rented space(s)
Trailers must stay connected to your vehicle at all times and will require a minimum of 2 spaces.
All items displayed for sale must stay within the lines of your rented space(s)
All vendors must vacate the market grounds by 5PM each day
All Vendors must be accompanied with a vehicle within rented space or behind rented table
Trash removal is your responsibility, please leave nothing behind

Parking along route 100 is prohibited
No pets of any kind are allowed on premises
Parking lot sales are prohibited
Shoppers are not permitted to drive down rows to enter vendor spaces to pick up merchandise. Ask us about our 15 minute parking area and to borrow a hand truck.
No alcoholic beverages maybe consumed on premises
Vendors are responsible for PA sales tax when applicable
Electric is not provided with any field space or table rental
No one is permitted to ride bicycle, scooters, or any gas or electrical vehicles in vendor grounds except for single passenger mobility scooters.
Please keep our market clean!
- No one is permitted to leave behind any discarded merchandise, boxes, cartons, etc. on the grounds. All trash must be taken with you for disposal.
- All items and vehicles must be removed from the market each day.
- Vendors are to dress appropriately and no offensive signage on clothing.
- All non profit organizations or affiliates must see management prior to set up.
